Description: Seeking an additional BE/BC Family Medicine physician to join our established practice east of Springfield, Illinois.
Opportunity Details: - 100% outpatient; Monday - Friday
- Physician and APP Partnership exist to manage a panel of patients
- After-hours telephone call only which is supported by the Patient Advisory Nurse line
- Opportunity to teach Family Medicine residents and medical students
- Opportunity for research and/or academic affiliation
