- Duration: Until vacancy is filled
- Schedule: M - F 7a - 4p or 9a - 6p + IR Call 8a - 8a M - F
- Shifts: Minimum 10 shifts per month
- Setting: Inpatient
- Privileges: 120 days
- Required Procedures:
- Stereo Breast Biopsies
- Needle Localizations
- DX and Screening Mammos
- US Breast bx
- Abscess Drains
- Lumbar Punctures
- Paracentesis
- Thoracentesis
- Various other bx
- IR Volume: 4 cases per 24 hrs
- Mammo Volume: 5 cases per 24 hrs
- Percentage of Modality Split: CR - 46% CT/CTA - 36% IR - 1.9% MG - 3% MR - 3% US - 8.6% NM/BMD/FL 1.5%
- RVUs: 6/HR
- Support Staff: Team - Hospital Rad Techs and Envision CSR support staff
- Light IR procedures and MQSA Required
- Proficient reading most DX modalities
- Will take a full IR provider if they have Mammo/MQSA
- Beds in Facility: 404
- EMR: Meditech
- Board Certified - Required
- Active FL License - Required
- DEA - Required
