Description: Work Dates Needed: As soon as possible Sept 9 - on going at least 3 months Preferred Schedule: M-f 8-5 Worksite Setting: Residential Treatment center and Withdrawal Management. 15 beds male, 15 beds female, 12 beds for withdrawal / detox Scope of Work: Performing intakes and prescribing/managing detox for detox admits. Providing basic co-occurring psych and medical management. Ongoing MAT care. Providing training and supervision to personnel working in our med rooms. 2 to 3 new admits a day, only 50% total census and 7 to 10 med checks a day Licenses, Certifications, Requirements: MD/DO or NP (FNP/PMHNP) with significant experience in this role or addiction medicine board cert (MD/DO) EMR: Wellingent |
