Able to stand for long periods of time At least 18 years of age High School Diploma or equivalent LPNs are expected to accomplish tasks outside of their normal assignments whenever necessary to maintain a quality care environment for our residents. As part of a team-oriented workplace, LPNs participate in training opportunities and offer help to other areas and staff in need. The typical work of a LPN can include: Build and maintain close relationships with residents Take initiative and give guidance to RA and CNA staff Provide stellar resident care as directed by each resident's specific care plan Make resident safety needs a daily priority Continually assess, record, and document resident health and monitor for concerns Assist with and monitor resident medication needs Requirements: Current LPN license in applicable state as well as CPR certification |
