Description: The Providence St. Patrick Hospital ICU is seeking a Critical Care Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner to join its growing multidisciplinary team in its Intensive Care Unit.The 23-bed ICU at Providence St. Patrick Hospital is a mixed medical-surgical ICU. We practice in a "closed" model, where all patients are managed by the Critical Care Provider Team. This provider will manage patients with organ failure, including those requiring non-invasive respiratory support, mechanical ventilation, hemodialysis, and circulatory support. The Providence Heart Institute has robust Advanced Heart Failure, Interventional Cardiology, and Cardiothoracic Surgery services, which the ICU supports with temporary mechanical circulatory support, including temporary LVAD and RVAD support, as well a V-A and V-V ECMO.
