Position Type: 1099 Locums Tenens Position: Physician - Family Medicine Locations: Arizona Rate: Open & Negotiable Shift: Mon, Tue, Thur, Fri 7:30a-5:30p, Start Date: As soon as credentialed End Date: Ongoing Logistics covered: Mileage, lodging, flights if needed Details: We do NOT have a Pediatric population- High Geriatric Population. Outpatient Internal/Family Practice Physicians. Shift: Mon, Tue, Thur, Fri 7:30a-5:30p, No weekend/On-call Setting: Outpatient Clinic Duties: Family Practice Days per month: 20 Required Procedures: toenail removals, lesion removals, Pap Smears, Joint injections.
