Description: Schedule/Availability Requirements:
- Start Date: June 9 (7a) - 16 (7a) or June 23 (7a) - 30 (7a)
- Assignment: 7 shifts per month. The call includes 2 sites.
- 24-hour call with 4 hours gratis (7a-7a)

- Setting: Outpatient, Inpatient, Call, Emergency Room, Clinic Trauma Level III
- FTE: 2.0
- Required Procedures/Job Duties: General OB/GYN procedures & job duties. Candidates will need to see patients in clinic, provide deliveries and procedures in the hospital, and group call coverage.

Submission Requirements
- Board Certification OB/GYN - Required or Truly BE (0-5 years of residency completion)
- Active UT License - Required or IMLC (Must have LOQ at time of submission)
- Active BLS or PALS, & Controlled substance (CSR) - Required for credentialing
- Active DEA - Required for credentialing (site will consider a transferred DEA, however, must keep this DEA for the duration of the assignment, not just for shifts worked.)
- Candidate Must be available for a minimum of 7 shifts per month - Required (Must note on submission)
- Candidate must be available for either of the June stints in job description, to be considered for ongoing dates - Required
- Candidate must acknowledge they understand that call coverage is at 2 sites (concurrent coverage) - Required
- Candidate Must acknowledge candidate understands the EMR training requirements set forth in job description and will complete in this order to avoid missing their start date - Required
- Clean Malpractice/background - Highly Preferred, Candidates who present with a self inquiry NPDB report will be placed with high priority.
