Compensation and Benefits:
- Performance and Productivity Incentives
- Call Schedule : 1:4
- Starting Loan : Forgiven over three (3) years, contingent on continuous employment with the Clinic
- Relocation Services : Up to $15,000 in approved relocation expenses (grossed up to cover tax liability)
- Allowed Time Off : 40 days (320 hours) per fiscal year, covering vacation, holidays, personal days, and continuing education
Additional Clinic Offerings:
- CME Allowance : $3,500 for single-boarded and $5,000 for double-boarded per year
