Description: Pediatric Clinic/Call
10 Days per Month, Must be available to cover both Clinic and Call
Board Certified, North Caroline License & DEA, Clean Background Required
Clinic: 8am -5pm
Weeknight and Weekend Call Hours: 7:00am - 7:00am
Average call backs: 1/3-4 days
Average # newborn admissions: 2- per day (range 0-5)
Daily load (Call): 2-3 per day
Daily Load (Clinic): 22-24 patients per day
ED calls: 1/week
Required Procedures: Neonatal resuscitation, Occasional extra -digit ligation, Circumcisions, Ability to accept ED calls as needed, All skills related to Pediatrics practice
EMR: Epic
Current Staff: 3 MD's, 0 NP, 0 PA
Practice Expectations: provide care for sick visits, wellness exams, follow up on medication and provide med. Refills and respond to nurse/staff messages/ mychart messages
