Job Opportunity: Teacher for Special Needs Home Enrichment Program

About the Role:

We're seeking a caring, energetic, and dedicated teacher to join our home enrichment program for children with special needs. Our program is based on the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), and you'll have the chance to incorporate ABA techniques into personalized educational support and enrichment activities.


This position is ideal for a recent graduate with a background in education or a related field who's eager to gain real-world experience. No certification is required-just a love for teaching, creativity, and a willingness to learn!



Key Responsibilities:



  • Design and implement engaging, tailored enrichment activities rooted in ABA principles to support the child's unique learning needs.

  • Foster a positive, nurturing, and structured environment.

  • Collaborate with families to set and achieve developmental and educational goals.

  • Utilize ABA strategies to promote learning, communication, and social skills.

  • Maintain detailed notes on progress and adapt approaches as needed.



What We're Looking For:



  • Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, Child Development, or a related field (recent grads encouraged to apply!).

  • A passion for working with children with special needs and a patient, empathetic approach.

  • Strong organizational and communication skills.

  • Creative problem-solving abilities and a positive attitude.

  • Familiarity with ABA principles is a plus but not required-training will be provided!

  • Experience working with children (through internships, volunteer work, or previous employment) is a bonus, but not necessary.
