Description: An excellent opportunity exists to work for a government contractor with competitive compensation and an excellent work-life balance. Sygnetics is seeking Board Certified or Board Eligible Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Physicians for the Department of Veterans Affairs in Missouri location. Services will be provided at Community-Based Outpatient Clinic (CBOC) locations.Interview and examine patients, review past medical history and request and/or perform diagnostic tests and examinations as necessary to make a diagnosis for primary care services. Contract Family Practice Physicians make diagnosiss after evaluating information obtained and provide medical or surgical treatment and/or referral as appropriate.The first line of contact with a newly enrolled Veteran-patient; patient loads are estimated to be 8-12 Veteran-patients per day (combination of new and established Veteran-patients), per physician.Provide healthcare services for the entire period of performance at the VA. The workday will be from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM on weekdays.
