• Additional Info: Location: Primarily in Sherman Oaks (Tues, Wed, Fri), Optional - 1 day per week in Van Nuys (Thurs).Requirements:- 2 years of practice experience- Must have a current license to practice medicine in the State of California- Board Certified/Board Eligible in Family Practice or Internal Medicine.- Must have a current DEA License- Proficient in English and medical Spanish, preferred- Must possess a current CPR Certification- Effective communication and interpersonal skills with patients and families- Experience working with Electronic Medical RecordsLocation: Primarily in Sherman Oaks (Tues, Wed, Fri), Optional - 1 day per week in Van Nuys (Thurs).
