Hiring Details:

• 
  Positions: 6 Full-Time Equivalents (FTEs) for expanding block time.


• 
  Preferred Shifts: 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM, but 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM is acceptable.


• 
  Onboarding: ASAP.


• 
  Experience: No new graduates.

Travel and Lodging:

• 
  Covered Expenses: Hotel and rental car or lodging. Preference for candidates who do not require airfare to minimize costs.

Skills and Requirements:

• 
  Specialties: Able to handle hearts, vascular, and neuro cases. No regional skills required.


• 
  Case Types: General MAC cases and healthy pediatric patients.


• 
  Certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS.


• 
  Licensing: Must have a North Carolina (NC) license.


• 
  System: Experience with EPIC.


• 
  Flexibility: Must be able to float between locations.

Compensation:

• 
  Overtime: 1.2x normal rate after 40 hours per week, must be approved by management.


• 
  Holiday Pay: 1.5x normal rate for New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day (00:00 - 23:59).

Schedule:

• 
  Coverage: Scheduled + On Call optional.


• 
  Shift: Standard 5-day, 8-hour shifts (7:00 AM - 3:00 PM).


• 
  Block Schedules: Not applicable.
