Case Mix: 80% general, 10% complex vascular, 10% complex orthopedic Spinal Anesthesia, Neurosurgical cases (spine), Complex vascular cases (except open heart), and complex orthopedic cases. Average # of surgical cases per day: 25 # of OR's: 10 Support Staff/Supervision: 11 Anesthesiologists and 28 CRNA's in the group EMR System: EPIC Credentialing Time-Frame: 60-90 days.
