Job Description: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Manager to join our team in Lenoir, NC. The Sales Manager will be responsible for leading and managing our sales team to achieve sales targets, expand our customer base, and maintain our high standards of customer service. This role requires regular travel to our offices in Hickory, Mooresville, Asheville, and Blowing Rock. Key Responsibilities for Our Sales Manager - Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve sales targets and goals.
- Personally carry a sales budget monthly to stay up with industry trends and to fill any gaps when staffing is not at optimum levels.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
- Conduct regular sales meetings and training sessions to enhance the skills of the sales team.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery to customers.
- Represent A-1 Pest Control at industry events, trade shows, and community functions.

Qualifications for Our Sales Manager - Proven experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar sales leadership role.
