Overview




AAA Life Insurance is hiring for a Senior Manager, DTC (Direct to Consumer) Sales! The Senior Manager, is responsible for managing a team of DTC Sales Managers to ensure operational and strategic objectives are met and/or exceeded within the DTC sales centers. The Senior Manager, DTC Sales develops and implements initiatives that drive Sales Agent productivity while maintaining sales oversight and ensuring a Members First focus.






Responsibilities





  • Lead a collaborative team of Sales Managers in directing activities that help the DTC Sales team achieve business objectives, including optimizing each customer contact.

  • Actively manage and develop Sales Managers to ensure high Sales Agent productivity levels, including implementation of coaching best practices and oversight of sales and performance management processes.Address and resolve internal and external inquiries through the development or interpretation of policies, procedures, and directives. Assist in implementing and carrying out market conduct standards.

  • Participate in the development of quantitative goals and objectives for department. Evaluate and report effectiveness of initiatives and programs to ensure established goals and objectives are met or exceeded.

  • Effectively collaborate with internal and external business partners within the department, division, and throughout the Company to ensure support and attainment of DTC Sales goals and objectives.

  • Cultivate a positive team culture which promotes and supports relationship building. Build an environment where clear goals, inclusion in decision making, effective communication, feedback, and recognition are standard.

  • Ensure compliance with all laws and regulations that govern the business processes in the department, as well as compliance with the NAIC regulations, and state insurance laws.






Qualifications





  • Bachelor's Degree (equivalent experience will be considered in lieu of degree)

  • Must possess current license to sell life insurance. Must also attain and maintain any life insurance sales licenses in all applicable states.

  • Minimum of 10 years sales experience, preferably in life insurance.

  • Minimum of 5 years professional leadership and coaching experience, preferably in a contact center setting.

  • Proven track record of leading sales team(s) to accomplish established objectives

  • Strong knowledge and understanding of insurance products and features, as well as laws, rules and regulations.

  • Excellent planning, communication, motivational, and leadership skills
