Description: Are you ready to take on high-value, complex personal injury cases? We're hiring a Senior Case Manager (Complex/Special Projects) to manage challenging pre-litigation and select litigation cases. If you have strong case management experience, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and value client advocacy, this role is for you.
This is a 100% on-site position in our Birmingham, AL office-we believe our best work happens together.
What You'll Do: Manage Complex Cases: Oversee high-value personal injury cases through pre-litigation and some litigation phases. Support Attorneys: Collaborate closely on strategy, case progression, and client needs. Communicate Effectively: Serve as the main point of contact for clients, providers, and insurance companies. Stay Organized: Handle documents, deadlines, and case details with precision. Optimize Processes: Identify ways to improve workflows and efficiency. What You Need: Experience: 5+ years in Personal Injury Case Management, Legal Assistance, or Bodily Insurance Claims Negotiation (7+ preferred). Skills: Strong drafting, document review, and medical records management experience. Tech: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (required); FileVine or similar case management software (preferred). Communication: Excellent written and verbal skills. Independence: Ability to manage complex cases with minimal supervision.
