Salary: $250,000 - $290,000

Position Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Products Liability Attorney with a background in mass tort or tort litigation. The ideal candidate will have experience managing complex cases and be familiar with asbestos or silica-related litigation, though this is not required. This role involves overseeing all stages of litigation and collaborating with top-tier legal professionals in a supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle all phases of products liability cases, from initial pleadings through resolution
• Draft and argue motions, manage discovery, and conduct depositions
• Prepare cases for trial and engage in settlement discussions
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop effective case strategies

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in products liability, mass tort, or tort litigation
• Proven experience with asbestos or silica cases is a strong advantage
• Licensed to practice law in the relevant state(s)
• Strong research, writing, and oral advocacy skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
