Description: Answer inbound calls and provide quality customer service Research customer questions regarding ATM and ACH claims and assist in EFT error resolution Provide customer service by giving accurate information about account and card transactions Provide call completion and/or alternate options for resolving a claim Handle all customer calls, despite the degree of difficulty, in a courteous and business-like fashion Accurately complete claims forms, taking action to protect the customer and the banks interests Make decisions on routine issues in accordance with the ATM operating procedures Other duties as assigned Physical Requirements: Must be able to remain in a sitting stationary position for extended periods of time Constantly operate a computer and other office machinery Ability to lift up to 25 pounds FCBI is an equal opportunity employer. Requirements High School Diploma or equivalent At least 18 years of age Detail oriented Possess general PC skills and/or data entry skills Good communication skills Good customer service & telephone skills Ability to function in a multi-tasking work environment Prior call center experience preferred Must successfully pass background investigation and drug screen according to company policy Must be able to get along with co-workers and work effectively in a team environment Must be bilingual in English/Spanish |
