Position Highlights:
- Full-time, employed opportunity
- Shift-based schedule with block scheduling (7 on/7 off) for work-life balance
- Flexible scheduling available to improve quality of life
- Swing shift coverage only
- Average patient census: 18 with 1-2 admissions per shift
- Closed ICU with procedure support from Intensivists and IV Team
Candidate Requirements:
- Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA)
- Active Arizona license
- Spanish-speaking skills are a plus, but not required
