Description: Seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join a busy family medicine practice serving a community in western Minnesota. Medical staff consists of 2-FM and 3-Advanced Practice Providers. The ED is a Level 4 trauma center - ED call is 1:4. Average number of ED visits per year is 1,000. Hospital census averages 5-7 per day. Attached long term care and assisted living facility.
