Skills necessary for success:
- Experience in a manufacturing environment
- Experience leading occupational health and safety
- A degree in same or similar field
- Experience with OSHA and EPA compliance and reporting
- Proficiency in computers and Microsoft applications
- Strong project management, communication, and negotiation skills

- Drive safety culture
- Manage safety and environmental programs
- Proactively address safety risks
- Lead investigations, audits, and corrective measures
- Conduct safety training and onboarding success
- Track safety and environmental goals
- Maintain compliance records
- Pilot continuous improvement initiatives
