Description: We are seeking an experienced and dedicatedphysician to provide Internal Medicine/Family Practice services to patients inDowney, CA. This role focuses on delivering high-quality patient care,promoting wellness, and supporting overall health through education andpreventive measures.
Compensation & Benefits: $226,228 - $339,342 plus benefits package
Primary Responsibilities:
- Conduct patient interviews, examinations, andprovide medical care and treatment.
- Educate patients and their families onwellness, prevention, and early detection.
- Provide referrals based on patient needs andclinical findings.
- Participate in quality improvement,management, and continuing education programs.
- Assist in resolving patient complaints,requests, and inquiries.
- Ensure all patient information remainsconfidential in accordance with federal guidelines and regulations.
- Complete daily documentation in electronicmedical records.
- Cover night calls as needed.
Requirements:
- MD or DO degree.
- Current, unrestricted medical licensure in thestate of California.
- Board eligibility or board certification inInternal Medicine or Family Practice.
- Active DEA license.
- For Health business unit positions, successfulcompletion of a Tuberculosis test is required.
