Compensation & Benefits
- Guaranteed Base Salary: $285,000 - $ 315,00 (Depending on Experience)
- Sign-On Bonus: $100,000
- Production Bonus: $45,000 for Weekly Production
- Additional Bonus: $10,000 Annual Quality Bonus
Qualifications
Degree: MD/DO
Licensure: Active license in Oregon or ability to obtain one
Certifications: BC or BE in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
Experience: In-practice and 2025 Grads only
