• 
  Daily Census: Up to 21 patients per day

• Work in a fast-paced outpatient setting, providing comprehensive care for patients of all ages, from newborns to geriatrics.


• Deliver basic procedures such as injections, IUD placements, and minor wound care.


• Collaborate with a dedicated support team, including medical assistants, receptionists, dietitians, and mental health therapists.

• 
  Board Certification: Family Practice (BC/BE required)


• 
  License: Active Washington State medical license required


• 
  Certifications: Current BLS and ACLS certifications required


• 
  Experience: At least 2 years of clinical experience with direct patient care within the past year.


• Familiarity with EPIC EMR system is highly desirable.


• Proficiency in Spanish or Russian is a plus, but not required.

• Passion for working with vulnerable populations, including migrants and refugees.


• Ability to adapt quickly and provide patient care independently after a brief orientation.


• Clean malpractice history and background check.

• Competitive hourly rate


• Travel expenses covered, including airfare, rental car, or mileage, and lodging.

• Full vaccination against COVID-19 and flu is required.


• Credentialing timeframe: 23 weeks.
