Physician / Anesthesiology / Connecticut / Locum or Permanent / Anesthesiologist w/Pain Mgmt sub-spe

• Qualified candidate will be a Board-Certified Pain Medicine Physician from accredited pain fellowship
• Primary certification can be in Anesthesiology, PM&R, and Neurology
