Edenbrook of Fond Du Lac, a skilled nursing facility in the Eden Senior Care Network, is now hiring an Assistant Director of Nursing - ADON for our fantastic facility!The ADON is instrumental in implementing the nursing department's day-to-day functions to maintain residents' care standards.

Responsibilities:


Develop and implement nursing services, objectives, policies, and procedures in accordance with Federal and State regulations as well as local standards and guidelines.
Design, implement, and evaluate nursing systems that ensure consistent delivery of care and maintain and promote resident rights.
Conduct nursing rounds on all units several times per day, including the beginning and end of shifts.
Ensure that residents are free from abuse, mistreatment, and neglect.
Participate as a member of the facility's interdisciplinary management team in planning, policy formation, and administrative decision-making, with particular emphasis on the facility's nursing services.


Education and/or Experience:


Licensed with current Wisconsin nursing licensure required.
Degree from an accredited Registered Nurse (RN) program.
3 years of experience in a long-term care or assisted living setting preferred.
Experience with applicable state Survey Rules and regulations, Medicare, and Medicaid.
Required ability to use desktop/notebook computers, Microsoft Office products, and various medical equipment.
Prior experience with PCC (Point Click Care) is a PLUS!
