Position: Digital Solutions Manager


Description:

American Community Bank & Trust (ACBT) is looking for a Digital Solutions Manager to join our growing team! You are invited to use your expertise and the power of technology to lead innovation and drive digital transformation through the development of a strategic roadmap for the bank's digital suite. In this role, you will be responsible for collaborating with cross functional teams to design, implement, and optimize solutions to enhance business processes and client experiences.






A highly qualified candidate will have three to five years of experience in digital product management, a user experience mindset, strong understanding of back-end and front-end digital operations, and an ability to develop data analytics that can be used to track, analyze, and improve our digital products. They will apply their excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills for working with a team to create process and procedures. A successful Digital Solutions Manager will be able to translate the needs of users into digital business objectives and goals through realization.







Managing the digital solutions performance levels, bulletins/releases/upgrade schedules



  • Oversee requirements of discovery, solution development, and user acceptance testing

  • Partner with the executive team to develop digital strategic key initiatives, both short and long term

  • Document processes, create procedures for both banker and client

  • Manage digital system upgrades, enhancement, and escalate service issues/troubleshooting as needed



Banker training and development plans



  • Develop and deliver banker learning to ensure comprehensive knowledge of the bank's digital solutions

  • Collaborate with the treasury management team for client need alignment



Measure and maintain usage metrics



  • Maintain metrics on user traffic to monitor and analyze trends to support bank growth

  • Monitor and evaluate digital solution performance (SLAs) to facilitate continuous improvement

  • Ensure online client training resources remains up to date and relevant (videos and demo click throughs)



Top Skill Strengths:


Familiarity with User Experience (UX) and User Interfaces (UI) design principles, client-centric approach, ability to work with users on both a business level and technical level of understanding - acting as technical point of contact to repair and improve issues, excellent communication, computer proficiency, data analysis, problem solving, decision-making, detail oriented and contributor. Your excitement and expertise regarding emerging technologies, industry and digital trends is highly sought after.
