Graduate/2nd Line IT Systems Engineer | |||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
Description: My Client are looking for a graduate or first/second line engineer to join a dynamic IT department in a fast-paced environment. You should possess good all round IT skills ranging from helpdesk calls to 1st /2nd line support of more complex IT issues. A positive customer focused attitude is essential for both internal and external customers, also the ability to communicate at all levels. Previous IT support experience within a Microsoft environment would be an advantage, along with M365 support. A desire to learn and progress with internal and external training. A full UK drivers' licence is required. Applicants should have exposure to : Windows server Backup and recovery VM Ware Networking Active directory / Azure AD / Intune M365 General hardware and software troubleshooting experience Duties could include: As part of the IT team the smooth running of the business-critical systems for revenue generation Provide in person and remote support to a wide range of IT users and clients both internal and external.
