As part of our agile team, you will support the development and implementation of projects relating to Talent and Organizational Development. Your tasks could be:



  • Learning: Analyzing development needs, translating these into learning initiatives and coordinating their implementation

  • Transformation & Change: Cross-functional project support, e.g. development of communication plans, co-moderation of workshops and tracking of measures

  • Culture: Participation in initiatives around our unique Danone Culture

  • Strategic Talent Management: Digitalization and optimization of HR processes, data and systems

  • Successfully completed studies in business administration, psychology or similar.

  • First practical experience in strategic HR topics e.g. organisational development, change management, business partnering and project management in general

  • Great passion for people & organization in a dynamic FMCG environment

  • Enjoy complexity paired with a pragmatic and challenging mindset

  • High flexibility, ability to learn, agility and resilience

  • Fluent in German and English and proficient in common MS Office programs
