We are adding to our Sheboygan Team! This is a part-time position working with the Community Manager for 20 - 24 hours a week at Waterview and Taylor Park. This position will do leasing, tours, marketing, events, and administrative duties.

Be the Heartbeat: Support the campus, assist the Community Manager, and ensure a positive experience for residents.
Multitask Master: Handle administrative needs, event coordination, and leasing.
Team Player: Step in as the backup when the Community Manager is unavailable.
Responsibilities for Waterview I & II and Taylor Park: Part-time 20 - 24 hours per week.
- Build rapport with prospects, residents, and their families.
- Take leasing calls, set appointments, and complete applications.
- Foster relationships with community partners.
- Keep weekly office hours in each building.
- Manage monthly calendars, event planning, and administrative tasks.
- Daily check-ins with the Community Manager.
- Handle general administrative paperwork and market rate lease renewals.
- Maintain confidentiality and complete check requests.
- Compose newsletters and activity calendars.
- Enter and close out maintenance service requests.
Requirements: Education & Experience:
- Prior administrative and customer service experience required.
- Property management experience is a plus.
Skills:
- Clear and effective communication, both verbal and written.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to handle multiple projects.
- Ability to perform quality work within deadlines, with or without supervision.
- Professional interaction with all team members and third-party contacts.
Computer Applications:
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite; OneSite experience is helpful.
- Typing speed of 45 wpm.
