Job Details
- Board Certified or Eligible in Rheumatology
- Mostly outpatient with minimal inpatient work
- 16-18 pts perday
- Dedicated nurse, office staff, and assistant director. The physician will work with a Medical Assistant (MA) and Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN).
- Market with strong demand for rheumatology services and well positioned to grow rapidly
- M-Thursday 8 AM- 5 PM and Fridays 8 AM-12 PM
- half day of administrative time per week
- No night or weekend call
- Cerner EMR
- Inpatient consults average 3 consults per month during clinic hours only
- 99% of work is clinic-based, with 1% being consultative services. The physician will manage chronic rheumatologic conditions, perform joint injections, oversee infusion services, and collaborate with APPs
