Description: A facility in Richlands, VA is looking for Gastroenterology coverage 2 weeks per month starting Jan 6th and is ongoing. Would you be interested in helping out?
- Date: Start Jan 6 - ongoing
- Schedule: Hospital and clinic 8a-4:30p, night call. 2 weeks per month
- Procedures: Upper GI endoscopy (with biopsy, with foreign body removal, with fulguration of bleeder (cautery vs. laser), With injection of varices, With PEG (percutaneous endoscopic gastrostomy), Esophageal dilatation/manometry, Esophageal manometry interpretation, Small Bowel biopsy, Lower GI endoscopy, Sigmoidoscopy (Flexible, Rigid)
- Colonoscopy (with biopsy, with excision of polyp), Liver biopsy
- EMR: Athena and Meditech
- Requirements: VA license
- Credentialing: 30 days, temp privs available
