Description: Join us as an Operational Service Delivery Manager (OSDM) for our OptiGen vertical and take charge of overseeing the SaaS applications and infrastructure that power our Power/Gas Optimization and Generation departments. This is a great opportunity for someone with a technical background and strong service delivery management skills to shape the future of energy technology and ensure operational excellence.
What You'll Do
- Oversee application lifecycle management (LCM) and ensure servers and apps are up to date.
- Collaborate with vendors, DevOps, and internal teams for smooth updates and changes.
- Manage disaster recovery plans (DRP) and ensure business continuity.
- Maintain strong partnerships with third-party vendors and monitor SLAs.
- Be part of a 24/7 on-call rotation, solving technical issues and coordinating with internal teams.
