CRNA Locum Opportunity Arizona

Shift Details: 6:30 AM 5:00 PM (30-minute unpaid lunch)
Schedule: 4x10-hour shifts (40 hours/week)
- No call, no overtime
- May consider a local provider for consistent part-time coverage

Patient Volume:
- 3 5 outpatient surgeries/day
- endoscopy cases/day
Patient Population: Adult Geriatric
Case Types: General, Regional, GI, ENT, Ortho, Endo, Podiatry, Urology, Neuro (spines & heads), Robotics, Vascular, Thoracic, Plastics, Trauma
Care Model: 100% medically directed, care team environment
OB/Peds: Not required
EMR System: EPIC
Practice Setting: Hospital

Requirements:
Board Certification: Required
License: Active AZ license (Not accepting unlicensed candidates)
Certifications: BLS, ACLS
Experience: 1 3 years minimum
