Hospital is looking for a Hematology/Oncology Locum Physician! - Clinic and Clinic Call

Job Details:

Patients per day: 14 outpatients, no hospital

Info of support staff: 2 APPS IN OFFICE 1FT Physician .5 locums in clinic third week is tele medicine lab on site and infusion suite

Current EHR in use: Cerner

ALL MUST BE NOTATED AT TIME OF NAME CLEAR

-Board Certified (No BE) - Required

-MI License & CSR at Submission - Required at time of clear, no exceptions - not accepting IMLC

-BLS - Required

-Provider must be local - Highly preferred

-Must have clean background for quick credentialing- REQUIRED no exceptions

-Please provide all availability if not available for listed dates about - Required

-DEA - Verbal Confirmation Required at Name Clear
