- 10/24/2024 7pm - 7am Onsite Night 11/1/2024 (on call 7a-7p)
- 12/23/2024 7am - 7pm Onsite Day 12/31/2024 (on call 7p-7a)
JOB DESCRIPTION
:
- ICU Coverage expectations:
- Perform ICU Admits or consults upon request
- Daily manage & round on all patients on the critical care service
- Perform face to face clinical handoff to the on-coming critical care provider
- Complete all medical record documentation prior to end of work shift
- Submit all professional billable activity by end of work shift
- Please note: Must be COVID vaccinated.
SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS
:
- ALL MUST BE NOTATED AT TIME OF NAME CLEAR
- Board Certified (No BE) - Required
- MI License & CSR at Submission - Required at time of clear, no exceptions - not accepting IMLC
- BLS - Required
- Provider must be local - Highly preferred
- Must have clean background for quick credentialing- REQUIRED no exceptions
- Please submit rates at time of name clear - Required, will not send to client without rates
- Please provide all availability if not available for listed dates about - required
- DEA - Verbal Confirmation Required at Name Clear
