Long-Term Urology Coverage Needed - No Rate Cap!
No Rate Cap! The checkbook is open for certified, qualified, clean malpractice, and responsive doctors willing to do at least 5-7 shifts per month.
Schedule
2 Weeks/Month Back-to-Back:
Week 1: Clinic, Mon-Fri, 8a-5p (No Call)
Week 2: 24-Hour Call. Call is 7am-7am. It is full call coverage for the hospital, transfers, ed consults, etc
Patient Census: 100% Adult
EMR: EPIC
Primary Skills: Extracorporeal Shock Wave; Incontinence Procedures; Laparoscopic Surgeries; Lithotripsy; Percutaneous Nephrolithotomy; Radical Prostatectomy; TRUS Biopsies; Ureteroscopy
Support Staff:
- RNs: 4, MAs: 10, Referrals: 3, PSS: 4, Surgery Scheduler: 1
Requirements:
WA license active and unrestricted or IMLC (LOQ in hand)
BC-Urology or BE within first 5 years
BLS & ACLS
For privileges: 150 Urology Surgery Case Logs
Compensation:
OPEN RATE (rate based on availability, experience, clean malpractice certifications, housing and transportation needs, etc.)
Malpractice insurance provided and travel covered.
