What You'll Do
- Collaborate with Solution Designers to align technical solution with functional design architecture.
- Design, configure and develop SAP FICO or HR solutions, ensuring they meet business needs.
- Evaluate and estimate the feasibility of solutions, balancing cost, effectiveness, and value.
- Lead the technical development and configuration within SAP FICO, with a strong understanding of E2E processes.
- Advise stakeholders on best practices and ensure solutions are compliant with IT and security standards.
- Deliver solutions on time, within budget, and in line with quality standards.

Requirements:
- Proven solid technical background in ABAP development, design and implementation in SAP FICO area
- Familiarity with other SAP modules (MM, ECC, or S/4 HANA)
- Strong analytical, communication, and collaboration skills.
- Business proficiency in English, with at least one of Dutch or French.
- A proactive and solution-oriented mindset, ready to take on long-term SAP challenges.
