  • Seton Medical Center Harker Heights is an 83-bed acute care hospital offering services such as Cardiology, Emergency Services and a Level IV Trauma Designated ER, General Surgery, Orthopedic Surgery, Total Joint Replacement, Gastroenterology, Diagnostic Services and more.



Responsibilities





  • Reporting to the Director of Quality.

  • The Clinical Programs Manager is responsible for validating uploads from Analytics for chest pain accreditation and neuro abstractions for Stroke Accreditation and to provide monthly statistics.

  • The abstractor will assist in maintaining chest pain accreditation and achieving stroke certification.

  • Abstracts for ED measures when necessary.

  • Also accepts other periodic assignments as requested by the Chief Nursing Officer.



Qualifications




Job Requirements:




  • BSN required




  • Registered Nurse (RN) with Texas Board of Nursing - OR - current home state license is required for multi-state license recognition through the Nurse Licensure Compact.




  • BLS, ACLS




  • Three years acute care hospital experience




Preferred Job Requirements:



  • MSN preferred
