• Additional Info: Urgent Care Physician - Big Ten University CommunityWe seek a skilled Urgent Care & Occupational Medicine Physician to join our fast-paced practice in a vibrant Big Ten University town.Ideal Candidate should be proficient in:- Reading basic X-rays of all body parts- Laceration repair/wound care- Initial ECG interpretation- Interpreting test results- Urgent evaluation and treatment of potentially critically ill patients and the appropriate transport of these patients to the closest Emergency Room DepartmentQualifications:- ACLS/BLS certification- Ability to see all patient types- DOT Certified or willing to become- Experience in Occupational medicine, urgent care, or family medicineCommon Diagnoses:- Upper respiratory infection- Cold, flu, and coughStrains, sprains and fractures- Cuts and lacerations- Urinary tract infections
