Description: Facility in Cumberland, MD seeking Cardiology locums coverage Rate: $325/hr, Pager Fee $400/night, $375/hr hourly callback Job Details:
- Coverage Type: Hospital coverage only (no clinic).
- Schedule:
- Hospital Hours: 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM.
- Call Hours: 3:30 PM - 8:00 PM.
- Coverage Dates:
- January 2025: 1/6, 1/7, 1/8, 1/9, 1/10.
- March 2025: 3/10, 3/11, 3/12, 3/13, 3/14.
- Reason for Coverage: Coverage during provider vacation.
- Responsibilities:
- Perform TEEs and cardioversions.
- Conduct new patient consults with APP support (NP/PA).
- Occasionally read EKGs or TTE studies.
Procedures Required:
- Transesophageal Echocardiography (TEE).
- Cardioversions.
- EKG/TTE interpretation.
Credentialing Requirements:
- Estimated Timeframe: 60 days.
- Certifications Required:
- Licensing:
- Active Maryland license required.
- IMLC candidates considered but credentialing starts after MD license is obtained.
Facility Details:
- Trauma Level: III.
- EMR System: Epic.
- Census: Dependent on hospital s cardiac service volume.
