Schedule & Coverage

• 
  Shift: Standard 5-day schedule (8-hour shifts)


• 
  Hours: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM


• 
  Call Requirements: Night & weekend call rotation


• 
  Coverage Needed: 2-3 weeks per month


• 
  Weekend Call Rate: $3,500/day (includes 4 on-site/gratis hours)

Work Details

• 
  Patient Population: Adults & Geriatrics


• 
  Patients Per Day:
  




• 10-15 new consults per week


• 30-35 patients in infusion center per day (50% receiving chemotherapy)




• 
  Support Staff: Nurses, NPs, therapists, support groups, triage nurse center, hospitalist program


• 
  Infusion Center: 18 bays + private rooms


• 
  EMR System: Cerner (Aria platform)


• 
  Hospital Bed Size: 318 beds (clinic has 10 exam rooms)


• 
  Procedures: Chemotherapy, biologic therapy, hormone therapy


• 
  Preferred Experience: Exposure to diverse cancer types

Job Requirements

• 
  Board Certification: Required in Hematology/Oncology


• 
  State License: North Dakota


• 
  Certifications: BLS required; DEA required


• 
  Experience: Minimum 2 years; prior locums experience required


• 
  Trauma Level II Experience: Preferred


• 
  Credentialing Timeframe: 60 days if licensed; 90+ days if obtaining ND license

Compensation

• 
  Standard Rate: $515.00/hour
