Position: Internal Medicine Nurse Practitioner |
Description: Healthcare United is currently seeking a Family Medicine/Internal Medicine Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join the team. The selected candidate will be responsible for providing Primary care services in the greater Fairfield area in an outpatient setting. We welcome both Nurse Practitioners (FNP, ANP, AGNP) and Physician Assistants (PA) to apply.
Location:
Fairfield County.
Schedule:
This is a full-time position with weekday schedules.
Clinical Overview:
- Manage and oversee new patient consult's
- Continuity of care with current patient census
- Prescribe and diagnose disease state with multiple comorbities
- Ability to thoroughly dictate and record visits through EMR system
Requirements
- Nurse Practitioners (FNP, ANP, AGNP) and Physician Assistants (PA)
- Active or Pending CT License
- Clean medical record
- Passion for treating patients first and overall improvement of quality care
