Job Description:

Were now seeking Physical Therapists for openings at a supported living center in Gallipolis, Ohio. Physical Therapist Contract Details:

• $1,380 $1,512 per week


• 13-week contract with possibility of extension


• OT


• Supported living center


• This is a group home setting


• Heavy Med Pass


• Duties can include: food prep, light housekeeping and laundry


• Patient acuity may vary by location


• AM shift available


• Responsible for the overall day-to-day operations of Physical Therapist services at the facility


• Ensures services are provided in accordance with other departments and caregivers

Requirements:

• Ohio Physical Therapist License


• AHA BLS


• 1 year of experience as a Physical Therapist


• OT experience preferred
