LPN - MedSurg

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated Med-Surg Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide nursing care for patients in a medical-surgical unit. The LPN will assist with patient assessments, administer medications, and collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure quality patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

•Monitor and record patients vital signs and symptoms.

•Administer medications and assist with treatments as prescribed.

•Provide wound care and assist with post-operative recovery.

•Collaborate with RNs and physicians to implement patient care plans.

•Educate patients and families on care and recovery processes.

Qualifications:

•Current LPN license in New York.

•Experience in a medical-surgical setting preferred.

•Strong communication and patient care skills.
