Hematology/Oncology Locums Job in Colorado Seeking Full-Time or Part-Time Coverage February 2025 Start
Coverage Needs:
Coverage: Full-time or Part-time coverage starting February though April 2025
Schedule:
o Monday-Friday: 8am-5pm, Clinic + Rounding + 5pm-8am NIGHT Call
o Saturday-Sunday: 24-Hour Call
Call: Weekend and Night Call is 1:4 to 1:5
Assignment
5 Details/Requirements:
Responsibility:
o Prescribe chemotherapy
o Oversee inpatient service with APP support
o Will have a shortened outpatient clinic schedule with APP and Nurse Navigation support.
Procedures: No specific procedures needed; IR does our bone marrow biopsies.
Volume:
o Patients per day = 12-16
o Calls = 5 per day, 2-3 per night
Team Structure: MA, RNs, NP/PAs, Nurse Navigator
EMR: EPIC
Trauma Level: 2
Requirements: Board Certification, Fellowship, BLS
