We are seeking a Physical Therapist to join our team at Hawthorn Medical Associates in North Dartmouth, MA. In this position, you will provide direct patient care including assessing, interpreting, planning and implementing special physical therapy treatments. The Physical Therapist will also be responsible for supervising the PT assistant(s), volunteers and students. Responsibilities: Assess patients' condition and establish goals, treatments and plan of care in collaboration with patient, family and care team Ensure appropriate treatment is performed in accordance with physician Document findings, treatments and other patient information Educate patient and family on appropriate care and various therapies/exercises Qualifications : Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution with successful completion of clinical internship Current PT license in the state of Massachusetts 2+ years of experience as a PT in a clinical setting preferred Working at Brown University Health As of October 15, 2024, Lifespan is now Brown University Health.
