Description:
As a CI Specialist, you will assist in the development, design, scheduling, and coordination of training and CPS activities under the direction of the Continuous Improvement Manager. This is an on-site position.
Maintain professional communication with Management, Safety and Quality, Team Leads, Leads, Maintenance, Sanitation to drive the Conagra Performance System (CPS) culture. You will use the Continuous Skills Development (CSD) process to:
You will coach CPS methodology and skills to define gaps and use problem solving tools to implement improvements to eliminate losses. Coach personnel in the CPS culture and behaviors necessary to achieve key performance indicator targets.
The annual salary listed above is the expected offering for this position. An employee's actual annual salary will be based on but not limited to: location, relevant experience/level and skillset, while balancing internal Conagra employees' equity.
