Pathologist (Physician) Locum Opportunity
Seeking a Board-Certified Pathologist for a locum tenens position in our Pathology Department. This opportunity offers flexible scheduling and requires a commitment of at least two weeks per month, with coverage needed March 24, 2025 August 31, 2025.
Position Details:
Location: Newark, NJ 07112
Schedule: Full-time, 8 9 hours per day + on-call coverage
On-Call: Yes
Work Assignment: Full-time coverage of anatomic pathology, including cytology
EMR System: Epic (proficiency required)
Qualifications & Experience:
Board Certification: Required
Experience:
- Prior experience in an academic or high-volume cancer center preferred
- Must be trained and proficient in Epic EMR
Support Staff: Yes, works with other pathologists (no responsibility for Advanced Practice Providers)
